Mala Pata
Mala Pata is a Mexican restaurant centered around nixtamalized corn ground in-house, drawing inspiration from Central and South America as well as right here in North Carolina. Chef Zack Gragg leads the Kitchen with support and guidance from partners Angela Salamanca, Marshall Davis, Eric Montagne, and Justin Pasfieldโ all of whom have a combined 50 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Mala Pata was recently awarded the Bib Gourmand by MICHELIN, the highest honor for a restaurant of its kind.
