Union Special is a bakery and café specializing in handmade bread, croissants, and pastries using locally milled flour and locally sourced ingredients. What started as a small pop up with friends has grown into a busy neighborhood spot and a large wholesale bakery providing bread for menus across the Triangle. We’re serving real food and honest bread to our community every day.
